About Our Services

TADA Balloon provides handmade balloon designs and event-related balloon services. All products are created individually and with care, making each order unique.

Handmade Products & Variations

Because our balloons are handmade, no two designs are exactly the same. Photos shown on our website or social media are for reference only. Variations in color, size, shape, or arrangement are normal and expected.

No Warranty or Guarantee

Balloons are temporary and perishable by nature. Their appearance and longevity may be affected by weather, temperature, sunlight, handling, transportation, and installation conditions.
TADA Balloon does not offer any warranties or guarantees, express or implied, including durability or fitness for a particular purpose. All products and services are provided “as is”.

Refunds & Exceptional Cancellations

Due to the custom and perishable nature of balloons, all sales are final and refunds or exchanges are not available.
As an exception, cancellations may be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup by contacting our support team. Requests made outside this window may not be accepted.

Limitation of Liability

TADA Balloon is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the order.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
