TADA Balloon Refund & Cancellation Policy
At TADA Balloon, we pour love and care into every balloon we create, making each one unique and special for your celebration. Because of this, all of our balloons are made fresh and cannot be resold, so we kindly cannot offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been made.
Cancellation is an exception: we understand that sometimes plans change unexpectedly. If you need to cancel your order, please contact our support team at least 48 hours before your scheduled delivery or pickup. This allows us to make the necessary adjustments and ensures your cancellation can be handled smoothly.
